【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesafetyrequirementsforthefollowingtypesofpower-operatedstorageequipment:?storagecarousels;?storagelifts;?mobileshelving,palletrackingandcantileverrackingwiththeobjectiveofeliminatingorminimisingthehazardsdescribedinClause4.Thesehazardscanariseduringinstallation,startingup,operation,maintenance,testinganddismantlingoftheequipment.1.2Itisessentialthatthesafetyrequirementsand/ormeasurestakeninthisstandardbeappliedtostorageequipmentwhichoperatesindoors.Underdifficultconditions,itisessentialthatadditionalhazardanalysisandsafetymeasuresbetakenintoaccount,e.g.outdoorconditions,freezerapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironment,strongmagneticfields,riskofexplosiveatmosphere,radioactiveconditions,storagegoodswhichduetotheirnaturecouldgeneratehazardoussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids/alkalis,fragilegoodsorexplosives),effectsofearthquakesandalsocontactwithfood.1.3Examplesofpower-operatedstorageequipmenttowhichthisstandardappliesareshowninAnnexA.1.4Withregardtobuildingsandpartsofbuildings,thisstandardappliesonlyinsofarthatanassessmentregardinghazardsandrisksinconnectionwithinterfacestothestorageequipmentiscarriedout.1.5Storageequipmentwhoseonlypowersourceisdirectlyusedhumanlabourorgravityareexcludedfromthescopeofapplicationofthisstandard.1.6Power-operatedstorageequipmentorpartsofthemdonotfallundertheregulationsforpassengerlifts.Theyareintendedtohandleandstoregoods.Theyarenotintendedtotransportpassengersundernormaluse(exceptformaintenance)andthereforenotconsideredtobelifts(elevators).1.7Thisstandarddoesnottakehazardsintoaccount,whicharisefromnoisyenvironmentsorenvironmentssubjecttoelectromagneticinterferenceoutsidetherangequotedinEN61000-6-2.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedfordeterminationofthecarboncontentofwaterfromavarietyofnatural,domestic,andindustrialsources.Initsmostcommonform,thistestmethodisusedtomeasureorganiccarbonasameansofmonitoringorganicimpuritiesinhighpurityprocesswaterusedinindustriessuchasnuclearpower,pharmaceutical,andelectronics.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftotalcarbon(TC),inorganiccarbon(IC),andtotalorganiccarbon(TOC)inwaterintherangefrom10to1000x03BC;g/Lofcarbon.ThismethodisforlaboratoryorgrabsampleapplicationsandhasbeensubjectedtoaninterlaboratorystudyundertheguidelinesofD2777.TestMethodD5997canbeusedforon-linedeterminations.Thetestmethodutilizespersulfateorultravioletoxidationoforganiccarbon,orbothcoupledwithaCO2selectivemembranetorecovertheCO2intodeionizedwater.Thechangeinconductivityofthedeionizedwaterismeasuredandrelatedtocarbonconcentrationintheoxidizedsample.Inorganiccarbonisdeterminedinasimilarmannerwithouttheoxidationstep.Inbothcases,thesampleisacidifiedtofacilitateCO2recoverythroughthemembrane.TherelationshipbetweentheconductivitymeasurementandcarbonconcentrationisdescribedbyasetofchemometricequationsforthechemicalequilibriumofCO2,HCO3x2013;,andH+,andtherelationshipbetweentheionicconcentrationsandtheconductivity.ThechemometricmodelincludesthetemperaturedependenceoftheequilibriumconstantsandthespecificconductancesresultinginlinearresponseofthemethodoverthestatedrangeofTOC.SeeTestMethodD4519foradiscussionofthemeasurementofCO2byconductivity.1.2Thistestmethodhastheadvantageofaveryhighsensitivitydetectorthatallowsverylowdetectionlevelsonrelativelysmallvolumesofsample.Also,useoftwomeasurementchannelsallowsdeterminationofCO2inthesampleindependentlyoforganiccarbon.IsolationoftheconductivitydetectorfromthesamplebytheCO2selectivemembraneresultsinaverystablecalibration,withminimalinterferences.1.3Thistestmethodwasusedsuccessfullywithreagentwaterspikedwithvariousorganicmaterials.Itistheuser''sresponsibilitytoensurethevalidityofthistestmethodforwatersofuntestedmatrices.1.4Inadditiontolaboratoryanalyses,thistestmethodmaybeadaptedtoonlinemonitoring.SeeTestMethodD5997.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
