【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsforandmethodsoftestingoforganiccoatingswhichareappliedtoconcreteprocessengineeringequipmentthatwillcomeincontactwithaggressivechemicalsubstances(liquids,solidsandgases).Therequirementsspecifiedheremaybeusedforthepurposesofqualitycontrol(e.g.asagreedbetweenthecontractpartners).ThestandarddoesnotcovercoatingsasinENISO12944-1,butitdoesapplytocoatingswhichserveoneormoreofthefollowingpurposes:—toprotectthecomponentfromdamagingeffectsofaggressivesubstances;—toprotectwaters(e.g.groundwater)fromharmfulsubstances;—toprotectthechargefrombecomingcontaminatedbycomponentsreleasedfromthesubstratematerial;—toachieveaparticularsurfaceproperties.Thedifferentcoatingsystemsare:a)impregnation,seals,thincoatings(appliedbybrushing,sprayingorrolling);b)high-buildcoatings(appliedbybrushing,spraying,rolling,trowellingorpouring(self-levelling));c)laminatecoatings;d)resinousscreed;e)masticasphaltscreedwithawaterproofinglayer;f)combinationsoftheabovecoatings.Table1showsthecoatingmethodstobeemployedforvarioustypesofconcretemembers.Handlingofaggressiveorwaterpollutantmaterialsisunderstoodtoinclude:1)storage;2)filling;3)loadingandunloading;4)manufacture;5)treatment;6)use.
