【摘要】:ThispartofISO1924specifiesamethodformeasuringthetensilestrength,strainatbreakandtensileenergyabsorptionofpaperandboard,usingatestingmachineoperatingataconstantrateofelongation(20mm/min).ThispartofISO1924alsospecifiesequationsforcalculatingthetensileindex,thetensileenergyabsorptionindexandthemodulusofelasticity.TestinginconformancewiththispartofISO1924alwaysincludesthemeasurementoftensilestrength.Measurementorcalculationofotherpropertiesissubjecttoagreementbetweenthepartiesconcerned.ThispartofISO1924isapplicabletoallpapersandboards,includingpaperswithahighstrainatbreakiftheresultsarewithinthecapacityofthetestingmachine.Italsoappliestothecomponentsofcorrugatedboardbutnot,however,tocorrugatedboarditself.ThispartofISO1924isnotapplicabletotissuepaperandtissueproductsforwhichISO12625-4[2]isapplicable.Forthedeterminationoftensilepropertiesoflaboratorysheets,ISO5270[3]isrecommended.
