【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesalateralstabilitytestforpassenger-carandtrailercombinations.ItisapplicabletopassengercarsinaccordancewithISO3833,andalsotolight-trucks,andtheirtrailercombinations.Thelateralstabilitytestdeterminesthedampingcharacteristicoftheyawoscillationofsuchtowing-vehicle-trailercombinationsexcitedbyadefinedsteeringimpulse.Thecombinationisinitiallydriveninasteady-state,straight-aheaddrivingcondition.Oscillationofthevehicleistheninitiatedbytheapplicationofasingleimpulseofsteering,followedbyaperiodinwhichsteeringisheldfixedandtheoscillationofthecombinationisallowedtodampout.Testingisconductedatseveralconstantspeeds.Wherenon-periodicinstabilityisofinterest,asteady-statecirculartestisspecified.
