适用范围
本标准适用于电子设备用的有自愈特性的直流，固定电容量，额定电压≤1600V，浸渍纸为绝缘介质，以蒸发的金属膜作为电极的电容器。本标准不包括抑制无线电干扰的电容器。本标准规定了适用于电子件质量评定体系及鉴定批准的详细规范中使用的标准术语、检验程序和试验方法，以及给出了一般的特性要求。详细规范中规定的引自总规范的试验严酷度和要求应具有相同或较高的性能水平，因为较低的性能水平是不允许的。
