【摘要】:ThisclauseofPartIisreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricclothesdryersfordryingtextilesonrackslocatedinawarmairflowandtoelectrictowelrails,forhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.NOTE101Theclothesracksmaybefixedorfree-standinginacabinet.Theaircirculationmaybenaturalorforced.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutthatneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount-persons(includingchildren)whose~physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or~lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;-childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabourandsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-tumbledryers(IEC60335-2-11);-appliancesintendedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas).
